Motors, Manual and Electric Gears, and Accessories
Electric motors and gear systems are covered by a five-year warranty from the date of installation by the original purchaser. This warranty covers failures under normal use.
Delivery and Installation
Solace TS also covers delivery, labor hours, and installation of products and accessories for a period of 12 months

You need after-sales service?
The retractable screens of Praesidium require minimal maintenance. The screens are protected from the elements when not in use and remain in their protective lockers during the wet and cold winter months.
We recommend cleaning the screens once or twice a season to remove small dust particles from the net. You can clean your canvases with a mild detergent and water, then gently wipe them off. You can also call us, and we will come for a full service to prepare you for the summer season.
Although they are very durable, accidents happen from time to time. The screen can be replaced and most parts can be repaired or replaced. Call us and we’ll get the screen back up and running very quickly.
